Garland Lee Giles, Appellant Pro Se.

Robert Quentin Harris, Assistant Attorney General, Richmond, Virginia, for Appellee.

E.D.Va.

DISMISSED.

Before NIEMEYER, HAMILTON, and WILLIAMS, Circuit Judges.

OPINION

PER CURIAM:

1

Garland Lee Giles appeals from the district court’s order denying his Motion for Relief from Judgment (denying habeas corpus relief), pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 60(b). Our review of the record and the district court’s opinion discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we deny a certificate of probable cause to appeal and dismiss the appeal on the reasoning of the district court. Giles v. Murray, No. CA-92-70-2 (E.D. Va. Apr. 26, 1993). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
